Job Description :
Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Internal Audit & Compliance Analyst to support risk assessment and compliance initiatives. This role will focus on SOX compliance, internal audits, and risk oversight. From an experience perspective, we are targeting candidates with the following :
Key Responsibilities :
- Support auditor walkthroughs and testing of SOX-relevant processes
- Update documentation, including RCM, placemats, narratives, and AuditBoard
- Track progress of walkthroughs, address issues, and ensure timely completion
- Assist in remediation efforts, control updates, and evidence documentation
- Manage AuditBoard / Risk Oversight system and maintain the risk and control library
- Participate in process remediation and drive key milestones
