Title: Data Analyst

Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking a Data Analyst to support our data initiatives. This role will primarily focus on data analysis, with some engineering responsibilities, ensuring data quality, identifying variances, and optimizing data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to refine and implement data strategies.
- Conduct data quality assurance—performing checks, identifying variances, and ensuring accuracy.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving data processes and efficiency.
- Work with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support reporting and decision-making.
- Assist in transitioning from existing data modeling tools as part of company-wide improvements.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in data analysis and/or data engineering.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and data teams.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills in data variance identification and process improvement.
- Proficiency in data tools and the ability to ramp up quickly on technical platforms.
- Hands-on technical ability—while some engineering knowledge is beneficial, the role is primarily data analysis-focused.
