Data Architect
Location: Hybrid - Beaverton, OR
Talent Groups is seeking a Data Platform Architect to lead the design and strategy of a scalable data environment. This role reports directly to the VP of Data and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape the future of data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve the current data infrastructure for scalability.
- Develop platform strategies aligned with business goals.
- Architect solutions for business needs across customer data, daily operations, and reporting.
- Lead collaboration with data engineering and enterprise executives.
- Provide hands-on leadership in proof-of-concepts for new technologies.
Qualifications:
- 10 years in data management, data warehousing, and cloud technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- 5 years in architecture and design with tools like Snowflake, Power BI, and Python.
- Experience in large-scale data lake/warehouse architectures.
- Expertise in cloud-based BI tools (Azure Databricks preferred).
- Strong data modeling and hands-on programming (Java, Python, R).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
