Looking for a Junior Desktop Support Technician with atleast 1 year of experience in IT industry.
A good understanding of Windows Desktop Administration, Active Directory concepts, Domain administration and Desktop / Laptop client computing are required.
Win 11 and Microsoft Office 365, Bitlocker, McAfee AD, InTune, SCCM, CMDB, ServiceNow are highly recommended.
Responsible for answering IT requests via ServiceNow, phone, email, or in person.
Good comm skills and analytical skills.
