  • This role involves operating automation equipment (e.g., Tecan), developing high-throughput analytical assays, and supporting downstream process optimization.
  • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field, with 1-3 years of lab experience.
  • Preferred experience includes chromatography techniques, laboratory automation, and programming (Python, C , MATLAB, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills required.
