Position Description:
Provide support to Revenue Cycle and Epic teams through the following:
- Review current PB, Cadence, Ambulatory and Beaker Epic build for revenue cycle optimation.
- Assist Revenue Cycle Director with improving work queue functionality
- Assist Revenue Cycle Director with creating reporting and dashboards in Epic
- Assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with tickets placed with Epic Community Connect host site
- Assist Revenue Cycle Director with Epic and clearinghouse functionality improvement
- Assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with creating end user training
Required Skills/Experience:
- Epic PB certification(s)
- RHIA/RHIT/CPC certified
- Revenue cycle reporting, build, logic, claims adjudication, data, and training
- Clearinghouse
Preferred/Not Required Skills:
- Public health, community health, physician clinic, FQHC, RHC revenue cycle experience
- Mississippi healthcare experience
Skill Set and Level;
Operating Systems:
- Epic – 7 years, required
- Revenue Cycle Clearinghouse 7 years, required
