We are seeking a highly skilled Failure Analysis Engineer (FAE) with expertise in LIT, TDR, and Nano probing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in device-level and system-level failure analysis (FA), and proficiency with various failure analysis tools.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day activities for both device-level and system-level failure analysis.
- Conduct electrical fault isolation using various FA tools.
- Generate comprehensive technical reports detailing failure analysis findings.
- Evaluate and implement new equipment and techniques for failure analysis.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- BSEE or equivalent degree in Engineering or Physics with 5 years of experience in failure analysis of IC devices and module-level FA.
- Proven expertise in physical and electrical failure analysis at the silicon level.
- Strong proficiency in board-level failure analysis.
- Hands-on experience with FA tools such as LIT, TDR, FIB, SEM, RIE, CMP, MIP, decapsulation, sample preparation, Emission Microscopy, Laser Scan Microscopy, Micro-probing, and Nano-probing.
