Essential Job Duties
- Collaborate with the team to gather requirements for graphics across various communication platforms (digital, print, and multimedia).
- Conceptualize and develop visuals that adhere to branding standards.
- Engage with users to collect insights that enhance user experience and interaction through graphics.
- Create graphics for websites, social media channels, presentations, and other web-based platforms.
- Present design concepts and ideas to team members and management for feedback.
- Refine graphics and images based on constructive feedback from the team and management.
- Test and adjust graphic sizes and dimensions for various channels, including mobile and social media.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams to communicate design processes.
- Work closely with project teams to design training materials for new applications.
- Uphold usability standards in all new and existing projects.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web and digital design.
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of illustrations and graphics.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital media standards, branding guidelines, color usage, typography, and user experience design, including accessibility.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
