What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health care Test Lead/Engineer position at Talent Groups?
Job Description:
- Healthcare Interoperability Test Lead/Engineer (Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare testing)
- 10 years of overall QA testing experience in healthcare IT, including at least 5 years in test lead role as Manual & Automation specialist.
- Strong understanding of Utilization management(referrals, authorization, notifications) and Care management(care plans, assessments, risk stratification, outreach etc) workflows
- Experience in planning and managing testing phases in Agile environment
- Proficient in creating test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices from business and functional requirements
- Strong knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps, Q-Test, Azure AD, SQL Server, postman
- Experience coordinating User acceptance testing(UAT) with clinical/business stakeholders
- Hands on experience with Epic Tapestry and Compass Ross workflows are an added advantage
- Familiarity with CMS interoperability mandates, NCQA, HEDIS, STARS quality programs is plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
