The role also involves facilitating communication and maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in the healthcare domain.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or Agile Coach.
