Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Manager to join our team onsite in Columbus, OH. In this strategic role, you'll partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and engagement. Ideal candidates will bring at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and support teams in a fast-paced environment.
The HRBP will build and sustain relationships, effectively influence analysis and decision-making in the areas of leadership, talent management and development, succession planning, change management, work force planning, organization development and design, performance management, employee engagement, relations, and communications. Additionally, the individual will provide HR generalist support and manage projects, as needed, across the organization.
