Job Description
- The Implementation Lead for the Insurance Workbench will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of a workflow tool designed to support Underwriting processes across the Americas Business Unit.
- This role requires a blend of technical/agile acumen, project management skills, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the tool is effectively integrated into our business processes and adopted by users.
- Project Management: Lead the implementation project from initiation through to completion, ensuring timelines are actively managed, success criteria are met and resources are allocated appropriately.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Tool Customization:� Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to identify enhancements to the workflow tool to meet specific business needs.
- Training & Support: Develop and execute a training plan for end-users to ensure smooth adoption. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Change Management: Develop and implement a change management plan to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the tool s functionalities before launch, identifying and addressing any bugs or issues.
- Reporting & Analytics: Set up reporting mechanisms to track project progress, tool usage, and performance metrics, providing insights to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Post-implementation, monitor the tool s effectiveness and identify opportunities for further enhancements and optimizations.
