Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Las Vegas, NV (89119) / Hybrid

Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support digital initiatives in the hospitality sector, focusing on booking engines and guest-facing platforms. This role will collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, designers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact solutions in an Agile Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Managers to gather and document business requirements.
- Write detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Front of House, Back of House, Operations, Revenue Management, and leadership teams to understand and address business needs.
- Analyze and optimize booking engine workflows to enhance customer experience.
- Support UX/UI designers by working with design systems and reviewing Figma prototypes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance product features and performance.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in hospitality, travel, or eCommerce industries.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- Experience writing clear and actionable user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with booking engine systems and hospitality technology platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with UX/UI designers and familiarity with design systems (Figma experience is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of revenue management systems and hotel operations.
- Basic understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
