- Content Creation: Design and develop training materials, including presentations, online modules, videos, and other multimedia content.�
- Develop e-learning modules, instructor guides, and other materials to support various training methods.�
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to align training with organizational needs and best practices.�
- Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles and methods to create engaging and effective learning experiences.�
- Utilize Articulate to create training
- Manage the development of training projects, from initial planning to final implementation.�
- Ensure that training materials are accessible to all learners, including those with disabilities.�
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Experience creating training content on HIPAA data, NIST and GDPR efforts.
- Experience with regulated content and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Articulate�to create engaging and effective training materials for online learning environments.�
- Work with subject matter experts to translate knowledge into accessible and interactive learning experiences using Articulate 360.�
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials�.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories.
- Experience in healthcare training or a related field.
- Plus: Prior experience creating training materials for a regulated environment such as the DoD
- Plus: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.�
