What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Management System Administrator position at Talent Groups?
We are seeking an experienced GxP R&D Training Manager to oversee training compliance within our R&D teams. This role ensures adherence to corporate policies, manages onboarding/offboarding training requirements, and maintains our GxP R&D Training Learning Management System (LMS) (Veeva Training Vault & Learn GxP). The ideal candidate will assess training needs, develop scalable curricula, and design engaging learning materials, including eLearning SCORM courses & microlearning videos. Additionally, this position supports regulatory audits and drives training completion to meet KPI targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- 8 years of training management experience in pharma/biotech (R&D and GLP knowledge is a plus).
- Experience administering an electronic training learning management system (LMS) is a must, experience using Veeva Training Vault is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
