What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Field Ops Tech (Warehouse) position at Talent Groups?
The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for managing material logistics in the Lightower central warehouse, ensuring timely processing of inventory and maintaining stock for deliveries across multiple regions (LA, IE, OC, SD). This role involves physically handling inventory, processing materials, and performing cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive and process inventory and non-inventory items, ensuring accurate entry into the Oracle accounting system.
- Resolve discrepancies between receipts and invoices with Accounts Payable (AP).
- Process and track shipments via shipping vendors’ online portals (UPS / FedEx).
- Issue inventory items to projects and maintain proper allocation in the system.
- Perform periodic cycle counts and physical inventory (PI) checks.
- Create and maintain BIN designations for inventory storage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve conflicts related to material receipts.
