What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle Financial Specialist position at Talent Groups?
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Functional & Technical Consultant with at least 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of functional and technical expertise (60% Technical, 40% Functional) to support our Oracle applications and integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Procure-to-Pay Modules & General Ledger (GL):
- Extensive experience with Oracle Procure-to-Pay modules.
- Deep understanding of Oracle General Ledger, including Subledger Accounting (SLA).
- Hands-on experience with SLA functionality in EBS R12.
Oracle Grants/Projects Integration:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Grants and Projects modules.
- Expertise in integrating Oracle Grants/Projects with other Oracle modules like Purchasing, Payables, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
Oracle HRMS & Oracle Time and Labor (OTL):
- Basic understanding of Oracle HRMS and Oracle Time and Labor.
Technical Expertise in Oracle R12.2.x:
- Technically proficient in R12.2.x architecture and tech stack.
- Prior experience developing and deploying customizations in Oracle R12.
Oracle Integrations with Workday Projects:
- Experience in developing Oracle integrations for Workday Projects is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
