We are seeking a Senior MSAT Engineer / Principal MSAT Scientist to join our Commercial Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) team. his role requires deep expertise in CMC aspects of early clinical, late-stage, and commercial programs. Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- 9 years of experience in upstream process development and MSAT focused on mammalian cell culture, bioreactors, and harvest operations.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory requirements, and commercial manufacturing operations.
- Experience in risk assessments, technology transfer, and process validation.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis and trending tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
