Product Owner
Location: Beaverton, OR (97006) | Hybrid: 3 days onsite
Employment Type: 12 Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship)
About the Role
Talent Groups is seeking a Product Owner to collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT developers, business analysts, and business leaders—to translate ideas into impactful solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage product requirements from inception to execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee product development, ensuring system functionality and managing dependencies.
• Partner with delivery managers, architects, UX designers, and development teams to achieve business goals.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and value.
• Provide regular updates on product status, highlight risks, and propose solutions.
• Oversee quality assurance for deployments, including testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Drive team performance, set clear goals, and balance priorities against deadlines and resource constraints.
• Work within an Agile environment.
Ideal Candidate
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams and complex processes.
• Experience with mission-critical, 24/7 production systems.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in documenting technical and functional specifications.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve conflicting objectives.
