What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator (Telecom/Construction) position at Talent Groups?
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Small Cell Construction Team overseeing multiple projects. Assist with coordinating project tasks and timelines.
- Reporting & Documentation: Responsible for generating and managing special reports required for individual projects, ensuring all stakeholders (customers and internal teams) are updated with accurate and timely information.
- Job Entry & Updates: Enter and update project data in project management tools such as PMT, CRM, and Smart Sheets. Ensure all project tasks are tracked and up to date.
- Financial System Interaction: Utilize JDE Financial System to create Purchase Orders (POs) for projects and track project-related financial transactions.
- Milestone Tracking: Help the Small Cell Construction team monitor project milestones and ensure that deadlines are met for all deliverables, facilitating smooth project delivery.
- Miscellaneous Projects/Reports: Assist with other ad-hoc projects and reports as required by senior management or the construction team.
- Access Coordination: Assist with securing access arrangements for major projects, ensuring timely access to facilities and locations as needed.
- Presentation Support: Prepare slide decks and presentations for Senior Management meetings, ensuring the information is clear, concise, and visually appealing.
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including office mailing, supply inventory and purchasing, office condition maintenance, coordinating building and suite access, event planning, and supporting employee inquiries regarding office management.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and provide the team with accurate meeting minutes to ensure all action items are tracked and addressed.
- Personnel Log Management: Maintain an active log of off-site personnel entering remote locations, ensuring security and compliance with company procedures.
Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, project management, or support role.
- Strong computer skills, with a particular focus on project management tools and software.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency: Ability to create complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations, and manage data analysis.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
