Project Manager Job Summary
Talent Groups is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to lead our project replacing the current Learning Management System (LMS).
- The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in project management and technical IT, with expertise in developing specifications, selecting replacement applications, and implementing new systems.
- The selected Project Management Specialist will utilize project management best practices and lead a project team consisting of technical, management, and agency subject matter experts.
Main Responsibilities
- The candidate will develop a detailed project plan, work assignments, project checklists, and budgets, and define requirements, resources, and schedules.
- The Project Management Specialist will identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and contingency planning, plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones, and design and maintain technical and project documentation.
- The individual will also convey complex technical concepts to non-technical participants, allocate internal and vendor resources effectively, manage workloads for productivity, and act as the main point of contact among stakeholders.
