QA Analyst

Position: QA Analyst

Industry: Casino Resort

Length: 6-month contract with extensions.

Location: Las Vegas - Must be willing to come onsite most days. They have testing that requires onsite presence. Occasionally allowed to work from home.

Candidate Pay Rate: $50/HR.

Candidate Benefits: 2 Weeks Accrued PTO to go along with all other Talent Groups benefits.

Project Focus:

Front of House (FoH) application

Key systems: Opera (must-have), Simphony, Spa Soft, Bell Desk, SevenRooms, Yellow Dog

Tools: Jira, iPad, scanner, mobile device

Payment systems experience is a plus (e.g., Freedom Pay)

Key Requirements:

Strong experience with data validation

Manual testing for golden records, ensuring accuracy across multiple data sources, Test how data moves between various FoH applications

SQL proficiency is a huge plus

Salesforce experience is highly preferred

Manual testing, API-level integration validation

Experience testing Opera and similar applications

Comfortable with manual testing and web services/API testing

Familiarity with POS and payment systems

Experience with testing web services and API

Experience with testing integrated applications

Perform assigned testing as per the Test Plan; document and report all discovered problems

Execute regression and integration tests for revised applications

Develop and maintain test plans; develop manual test cases associated with application projects

Interview Process:

30-minute screening

Possible second round for technical evaluation
