We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 6-month contract to help us attract and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. In this role, you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies, leveraging direct sourcing, networking, job boards, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to align on hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.
- Manage multiple recruitment requisitions effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment (biotech/pharma experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong expertise in sourcing, talent pipeline development, and networking.
- Proficiency in behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A team player with a problem-solving mindset, high motivation, and a sense of urgency.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
