Job Title : Scrum Master – Data-Centric Projects

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing data-centric projects. This individual will play a critical role in driving Agile adoption, improving team productivity, and ensuring project deliverables align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Agile frameworks and scaling methodologies, and a proven ability to coach and guide cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and advocate for Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) throughout each iteration cycle.
- Guide business analysts in creating, reviewing, and approving user stories and requirements.
- Identify and remove roadblocks, managing team dependencies effectively.
- Coach the Product Owner on backlog prioritization and customer engagement.
- Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is embedded within the testing and deployment cycles.
- Promote principles of standardization and simplification to mitigate high-risk errors.
- Train team members on process changes, system implementations, and Agile tools.
- Act as a servant leader, influencing the team to adopt Agile values.
- Facilitate customer feedback loops during sprint reviews.
