Position: Senior EDI Specialist
Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week)
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 16 months to start

Job Description

• The client is looking for senior EDI specialist with at least five years of experience to support the implementation of technology initiatives.
• The position requires the ability to coordinate and facilitate integration discussions with third parties, develop and maintain documentation, coordinate extensive testing with multiple parties and perform impact assessments.
• Experience with software development lifecycles, implementations, integrations, along with strong project and task management are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Document and maintain integration documentation and process flows, where applicable, that can be used for implementation.
• Liaise with third party vendors and agency crossfunctional SME s to support implementation, testing, triage and issue resolution.
• Serve as an EDI implementation SME and flag any risks and remediation steps to the project management team
• Facilitate and perform integration testing with multiple upstream and downstream parties, including planning, environment management, issue tracking and resolution.
• Work with the cross functional project leads to address project issues and mitigate risk.
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of integration implementation experience including EDI
• Former local, state, federal government experience preferred
• Experience with State Based Marketplaces and Health Insurance Carriers preferred
• Proficiency in the following MS Project, MS Office 365, Excel and Visio
