Role: ServiceNow Lead/Architect

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
- Develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and other integration methods.
- Create and optimize ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including GlideScript, for ServiceNow development.
- Experience with AngularJS for creating custom ServiceNow widgets and UI components.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for customizing ServiceNow portals.
- Experience with data transformation and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python, Java, C#, or Ruby is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- SQL expertise for querying and reporting on relational databases.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and how to integrate them within ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including Jira or Azure DevOps.
- ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
