Job Description:
As a SQL Server Developer, you will develop, support, and optimize SQL Server solutions within a high-functioning team. The role involves collaborating to define technical solutions, adapting to evolving needs, and solving complex problems. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
• Develop, debug, and test T-SQL code for technical and analytical issues
• Analyze, interpret, and standardize complex datasets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data sufficiency and alignment with requirements
• Assist in developing tailored data processing plans with Solutions Architects
• Interface with business stakeholders to clarify and define requirements
• Manage and prioritize tasks, meeting deadlines and communicating progress
Knowledge/Experience:
• 5 years leading the development of technical solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred)
• Strong ability to adapt solutions to complex business processes
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Technical Skills:
• 10 years with SQL Server and/or other relational databases
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL code development
• Proficient in tuning T-SQL queries and optimizing performance
• Experience analyzing large datasets
