Talent Groups is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and develop strategies to attract top talent.
About the Role
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with management, HR Business Partners, and Recruiting to develop and implement effective recruitment plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with management, HR Business Partners, and Recruiting to develop and implement effective recruitment plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and vendors.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience with recruitment software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
