What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telecom Admin position at Talent Groups?
- Strong understanding of telephone call routing systems, IVR, call flow, and call center infrastructure.
- Experience with Genesys call center systems and cloud-based phone systems.
- Knowledge of emergency outage protocols and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze and resolve call center-related technical issues.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP cloud services and AWS cloud storage (S3).
- Experience in system problem management, API integrations, and data analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a state-supervised, county-administered system (Colorado Child Welfare System preferred).
- Knowledge of child welfare hotline rules, reporting processes, and engagement with Adult Protective Services (APS).
