Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor alarms and ensure FAA/FCC compliance.
- Track and close NOC trouble tickets and NOTAM reports.
- Handle incoming calls and emails per NOC procedures.
- Troubleshoot tower lighting systems and escalate issues as needed.
- Interface with vendors, emergency responders, and field personnel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in customer service or service dispatch in a NOC environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.
- Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously and basic telephone skills.
