Lead multi-shift print production operations , ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery

Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

Mentor and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
