REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of sales high leadership experience in the transportation industry, with knowledge of international and domestic services, including customs brokerage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Ability to analyze complex documents and respond to sensitive inquiries.
- Skilled in crafting effective and persuasive presentations for leadership and public audiences.
- Proficient in calculations involving financial data, statistics, percentages, and metrics, as well as interpreting financial statements.
- Highly analytical with the ability to solve abstract and complex problems using logical thinking.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, including CRM proficiency and knowledge of a defined sales process.
