đź› What You'll Do
You’ll manage and support multiple energy efficiency and retro-commissioning projects—from planning through execution.
- Conduct ASHRAE Level II energy audits on-site
- Develop and verify energy savings calculations
- Perform M&V (Measurement & Verification)
- Lead RCx planning and implementation
- Model building energy performance
- Manage client relationships and subcontracted projects
- Work closely with electric/gas utility incentive programs
You’ll also be a key player in driving process improvements and growth strategies within the company.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- 2–5 years in Energy, HVAC, or Sustainability Commissioning
- Familiarity with MEP design, HVAC functional testing, BAS controls
- Experience with EnergyStar Portfolio Manager a plus
- Independent and proactive mindset—someone who’s self-directed and ready to lead

- Office: Edgewater, MD
- ~20% travel to client sites across MD, DC, VA, PA
- Overnight travel (if out of state) fully covered
- 1 WFH day/week after 3 months
