- Performs radiologic mammography exams per department protocol including advanced Mammography procedures like stereotactic biopsies, clip placements, drainagesPerform the quality control functions related to mammographyPerform mammography procedures in a technically proficient mannerThe Mammography Tech in this department provides care for adult patients between 18 to 64 yearsPerform high quality radiologic and mammography exams on incoming patientsAssess patient's medical condition, age, size and other related medical conditions to determine if patient is able to undergo mammography examination and to how best to obtain optimal results / imagesImmobilize patient as required for appropriate examination, explaining the need for breast compression during mammographyAssume responsibility for mammography equipment and reports equipment malfunctionDemonstrates the ability to operate mammography and biopsy equipment properlyConducts daily, weekly and monthly QC testing to ensure the quality control functions related to mammographyJob Type : Full-timePay : $50.00 - $60.00 per hourSchedule :
