This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Accountant at Talent Hire Recruitment in Novi, MI. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Qualifications
- Could have 2 years of experience or 20 years with an extensive book of business
- Experience in Public accounting
- Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Reporting skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Experience with financial software
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification is a plus
Salary : $65,000 - $130,000
