What You'll Do
Program Management :
Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs, overseeing them from inception to delivery. Ensure that projects are executed within defined scope, adhering to schedules and budgets.
Project Planning :
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, key milestones, resource allocation, and interdependencies. Continuously monitor and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Risk Management :
Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for their mitigation to minimize potential issues. Proactively manage and resolve issues as they arise.
Project Budgeting and Cost Optimization :
Take charge of project budgets, seek opportunities to optimize costs, and collaborate with the Finance team to identify avenues for cost savings within large-scale programs.
Process Improvement :
Identify areas within the program management process that could benefit from improvement. Drive initiatives to enhance program management methodologies and incorporate best practices.
Stakeholder Management :
Effectively communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Present updates and project outcomes to executive leadership.
Who You Are
Education :
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience :
Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical program management or related roles. Demonstrate a successful track record of delivering complex software projects. Prior experience in software engineering is required.
Technical Knowledge :
Possess a strong understanding of software development methodologies and data center technologies, including server virtualization, storage systems, and network architecture.
Data Center Expertise :
Demonstrate experience in managing and overseeing data center modernization projects, including infrastructure optimization and migration to cloud-based solutions.
Communication Skills :
Excel in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving :
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the navigation of complex technical challenges and the facilitation of effective solutions.
Adaptability :
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and possess the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
