Our primary goal is to use architecture and engineering to serve our community, partnering with local non-profits to support widows, orphans, and the most vulnerable. Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in commercial building design and permitting, with a strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. The position requires a solid understanding of architectural principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform architectural calculations and design tasks
- Prepare and review architectural plans and reports
- Apply knowledge of code standards, including International Codes, TDLR, ADA, and Energy Code, to projects
- Coordinate technical and administrative activities across project phases
- Mentor and train others in drafting and project coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 4 years of experience in an architectural firm
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing all phases of design
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type:
- Full-time, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid position after an in-office training period.
