We are seeking an experienced and passionate BCBA Clinical Director to lead our clinical team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of ABA programs, ensuring quality care, and managing clinical team performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep expertise in ABA principles, a commitment to improving client outcomes, and a desire to mentor and inspire clinical staff.
Responsibilities :
Clinical Leadership :
- Oversee the design, implementation, and supervision of individualized ABA programs for children with ASD.
- Ensure all treatment plans align with evidence-based practices and industry standards.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
- Conduct client assessments and make data-driven decisions to optimize treatment plans.
Team Management :
Lead, inspire, and support the clinical team, fostering a collaborative work culture.Oversee hiring, training, and professional development of clinical staff.Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, company policies, and state regulations.Client and Family Engagement :
Maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, offering regular progress updates and addressing concerns.Conduct parent training sessions to enhance family involvement in the therapy process.Quality Assurance :
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ABA programs through data analysis and review.Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.Ensure accurate and timely documentation that meets all regulatory and compliance standards.Collaboration and Communication :
Work closely with administrative staff to ensure efficient scheduling, billing, and insurance compliance.Collaborate with external professionals, including speech therapists and occupational therapists, to support holistic client care.Represent the center at professional events, conferences, and community outreach programs.Qualifications :
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Experience working with children with ASD and their families.Proficiency in data analysis and ABA software systems.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends.Compensation & Benefits :
