Key Responsibilities :
As an HR Consultant, you will :
- Support HR Operations : Provide guidance and solutions for benefits administration, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
- Lead HR Programs : Design and implement performance management systems, talent acquisition strategies, and Total Rewards programs.
- Drive Training & Development : Create and deliver engaging training sessions for employees and leadership.
- Consult on Compensation & Benefits : Develop competitive compensation strategies and advise on benefits programs.
- Provide Strategic HR Support : Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations, terminations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Business Development : Identify and secure new clients, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
