Job Title : Escalation Engineer                                $80,000-95,000

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Escalation Engineer to handle advanced multi-tiered, technical issues and resolve complex problems across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ticket systems, server operating systems, workstations, datacenter technologies, and networking, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Have the willingness to respond to tier 3 escalations / tickets
• Server Operating Systems : Install, configure, troubleshoot, and administer server systems, including user management, file permissions, backup configurations, and event log monitoring.
• Enterprise E-mail : Manage Exchange Server environments, troubleshoot email clients (including remote), and provide advanced administration such as user / group management, mail forwarding, alias creation, and clustering.
• Workstation Support : Troubleshoot and configure Windows workstations, MS Office Suite, and email clients (POP, SMTP, Exchange); ensure hardware functionality, including video cards, NICs, sound cards, and other peripherals.
• Datacenter Technologies : Maintain and support SQL Clustering, high-availability systems, VMware / Hyper-V, SAN architecture, and Exchange Clustering.
• Networking : Expertise in TCP / IP, router / firewall configurations, DNS, and load balancing solutions; troubleshoot internet connectivity and support Citrix and Terminal Services.
