Technical Account Manager (TAM)
Our Technical Account Managers play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve technology
success by measuring each clients’ alignment to our standards and building / maintaining
a relationship with them as a technical resource. You will become our internal subject
matter expert for each client's environment and complete on-site and remote checks of
their infrastructure in areas such as security, backups, workstations, servers, and email.
Responsibilities :
- Must currently reside in Rhode Island or Southeastern MA. No relocation
- package will be provided
- Perform on-site visits to measure their alignment to our standards and best practices
- Remediate found issues, submit tickets, and work with our client account managers (vCIOs)
- Develop and maintain a relationship with our clients
- Maintain and update client documentation and configurations
- Review client backups and test restores
- Recognize recurring issues and patterns for discussion and remediation
- Participate in our rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekends
