Title: ServiceNow Technical Project Manager
Location: Remote (Candidate should be DMV, willing to travel to Alexandria VA if required for meetings)
Duration: 06 months CTH
Manager Notes:
The ServiceNow Technical PM role is a strategic and critical role on the project.
- If the candidate does not have experience with Agile, they are automatically a no .
- We are still targeting 5 years of PM experience and 5 years of ServiceNow experience.
- The candidate must be local to the DC area as they will likely have to go into the office once a week, possibly more based on the client s request.
- The ideal candidate is someone who has set up ServiceNow systems and worked closely with the client to make the systems work smoothly.
- The team is not seeking certs that say the candidate has experience, but real hands on experience.
- The candidate needs to be considered an implementer who also has PM experience.
We are seeking:
- A candidate focused on using features other than ITSM, such as SecOps, Portfolio Management, AI with ServiceNow, etc.
- A candidate with a technical mindset who has experience with managing Agile teams.
- Candidates with experience in building SecOps modules in ServiceNow, or candidates who have experience with SPM/CSM.
- Someone who understands ServiceNow modules and who has experience with delivering and customizing these modules.
- The candidate should understand how ServiceNow connects across teams such as developers, business analysts, etc.
- The candidate will need skills to engage with clients, as well as enough understanding to engage and assist across the team with developers.
