We are seeking a Human Resources Director (HRD) to serve as a key strategic partner to our Facility CEO and leadership team. In this vital role, you will drive the design, development, and execution of human resources strategies that support a high-performing, people-focused workplace. Overseeing a team of HR professionals, the HRD ensures excellence across all HR functions—from talent acquisition and employee relations to leadership development and compliance.
This position reports directly to the hospital CEO, with guidance from the Lifepoint Division HRD.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and align HR strategy with organizational goals in collaboration with senior leadership
Oversee all facets of Human Resources, including employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance
Manage full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts
Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and leadership development programs
Develop and implement competitive compensation practices in line with market trends
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with regulatory requirements
Provide coaching and guidance to department managers on team development and performance issues
Supervise and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering professional growth and accountability
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a human resources role within a hospital or healthcare setting
At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare HR environment
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
