What You’ll Be Doing
- Hospital: 500 beds, Level II Trauma Center (adults/pediatric)
- Providing pharmaceutical care services to patients.
- Participating in multidisciplinary rounds 7 days/week to optimize medication therapy.
- Managing anticoagulant, antimicrobial, and TPN dosing, patient-controlled analgesia, and more.
- Advising physicians on drug usage, safety, and compliance.
- Precepting pharmacy students and residents, contributing to a strong learning environment.
- Supporting medication preparation, dispensing, and documentation for patient safety.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- PharmD from an ACPE-accredited institution.
- PGY1 residency or equivalent hospital pharmacy experience required.
- Indiana licensure or able to obtain.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
