What You’ll Be Doing

• Hospital: 500 beds, Level II Trauma Center (adults/pediatric)
• Providing pharmaceutical care services to patients.
• Participating in multidisciplinary rounds 7 days/week to optimize medication therapy.
• Managing anticoagulant, antimicrobial, and TPN dosing, patient-controlled analgesia, and more.
• Advising physicians on drug usage, safety, and compliance.
• Precepting pharmacy students and residents, contributing to a strong learning environment.
• Supporting medication preparation, dispensing, and documentation for patient safety.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• PharmD from an ACPE-accredited institution.
• PGY1 residency or equivalent hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Indiana licensure or able to obtain.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
