We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Administrator for a temporary 3-4 month contract to support a Project Management team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound homeowner calls, scheduling appointments for pole inspections, and ensuring accurate documentation of homeowner responses. The ideal candidate will follow structured call scripts, track call logs, and escalate concerns when necessary. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound and outbound homeowner calls to schedule pole inspection appointments.
- Follow predefined call scripts and provide information on program offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and homeowner responses.
- Track and document project-related activities for reporting purposes.
- Handle concerns from homeowners professionally and escalate issues when needed.
