This is a remote position.
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will connect with service providers nationwide to promote our premium digital advertising solutions or lead generation services. Your primary goal will be to expand our network of service providers by communicating the value of our offerings, building trust, and coaching businesses on how to grow their customer base.
Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound calls to service providers, making up to 200 calls daily to achieve sales goals.
Present and sell advertising and lead generation solutions, overcoming objections and tailoring services to meet client needs.
Guide clients through onboarding processes, including background checks and service activation.
Research potential clients using available tools and databases.
Meet and exceed sales targets for unit sales and contract values.
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce and other proprietary systems for lead management.
Requirements
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of sales / customer-facing experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong computer aptitude.
Access to a high-speed hard line internet connection for remote work.
Must be at least 21 years old and comfortable with phone-based sales.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in inside sales or customer service.
Motivation to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.
Ability to adapt to feedback and improve performance consistently.
