As an Independent Certified Travel Specialist , you will research travel options, create customized itineraries, and assist clients in booking accommodations, tours, cruises, and more.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and recommend travel options including accommodations, tours, cruises, and other travel experiences.
- Generate quotes, create personalized itineraries, and manage bookings.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, travel deals, and new destinations.
- Attend team meetings and webinars to continue learning and enhance your expertise.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning and booking process.
- Work independently, while seeking guidance as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
