Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Consultant Project Manager with a strong background in Human Resources (HR) and deep expertise in Ceridian Dayforce. The ideal candidate will lead HRIS, optimization, or transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely delivery, and high stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Dayforce optimization project for multiple HR modules (e.g., payroll, time & attendance, benefits, talent acquisition).
- Serve as a liaison between HR team, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
- Develop process maps to support new workflows.
- Develop training materials to support enhances Manager and Employee Self Service.
- Oversee testing, training, and post-go-live support efforts.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within HR operations and recommend scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and data security best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably within HRIS implementations or HR consulting.
- Hands-on and expansive experience with Ceridian Dayforce, including configuration and module knowledge.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and operations.
- Experience with global HR systems and multi-country rollouts.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
