About the Company - Talent Retriever has an exciting opportunity for a New To Recruiting Recruiter to join our growing team in North Andover! This entry-level position offers a comprehensive training program with extensive team and one-on-one support. As part of our North Andover office, you'll be part of a unique recruitment model that strongly emphasizes candidate quality and builds relationships with clients and candidates. Our collaborative, project-based approach helps us fill priority positions in technical, G&A, marketing, sales, finance, and other roles for our valued clients.
About the Role - Experience in recruiting is not a prerequisite to joining our North Andover team. We're looking for individuals who embody our core values: Empathy, Work Ethic, Coachability, Collaboration, and Agility. Note - This role is open to New to Recruiting candidates who are able to work in North Andover a minimum of 3 days/week.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly calls with clients and our internal recruitment teams.
- Analyze job descriptions to identify suitable candidates.
- Source passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, HireEZ, Google, and social media.
- Craft personalized messages for targeted outreach to potential candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system (Bullhorn).
- Conduct phone screens and video calls with prospective candidates.
- Schedule client interviews, prepare candidates for these interviews, and collect post-interview feedback.
- Review applicants from various sources, including LinkedIn and clients' ATS systems.
- Extend offers to selected candidates.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with the capacity to apply new concepts to various tasks.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
- Comfortable meeting metrics, deadlines, and project deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine interest in recruiting and relationship building.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
