Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the operational management of the Cath Lab, including staffing, budgeting, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in line with the latest clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other departments to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Cath Lab, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the department, making improvements where necessary to meet clinical and operational goals.
